A word from Lyn: Hi I'm Lyn Polley and I have been knitting and crocheting for over 45 years (oh I was very young when my mother taught me). I love knitting and crocheting. I teach absolute beginners how to start and also help you to develop new techniques. You can be motivated to try something new. Anyone can come to classes, it doesn't matter what your level is you can learn something new.  It's fun and relaxing in a social setting and you can be inspired by other people's work. If you are stuck on a project and need some help to finish it, bring it along and feel a sense of satisfaction when you achieve a finished item. 
I have a passion for using wonderful colours and exploring different yarns from around the world.  It's great fun learning to knit and crochet. It can unleash a creative passion that you didn't know you had. Knitting and crocheting is very relaxing after a stressful day and can help you unwind. 
You will be surprised at how quickly you can make a new project that you can show off to family and friends.
