This herbal blend was inspired by all the farmhouse rainwater tanks that are surrounded with mint. Because we all know that's the best place for it. Such beautifully simple logic has encouraged a beautifully simple tea - all mint and nothing but mint!
Whole peppermint leaves are combined with our own garden mint that has literally gone 'wild'. Still the uncontested, most soothing way to finish a meal in our books but that should never stop you brewing up a pot of minty herbal goodness at any time of the day.
